Food as medicine…..what does that actually mean?
Food can play an important role in your health. During this interactive event I will discuss how what we eat has changed over the years, the impact on the environment and what you can start to include in your diet to improve your health. I will share my experience on the farm to help you understand a bit more about how food, nature and health are all interconnected.

Debbie is a naturopath helping women navigate their way through perimenopause and menopause.  She has also undertaken Thyroid health training as many of the symptoms of menopause can be due to thyroid dysfunction and vice versa.

Debbie and her Husband Nick are also owners of a small farm on the midcoast NSW.  Here they grow herbs, run sheep and goats in a sustainable manner.  The naturopathic farmer creates a range of herbal products by blending products grown on the farm with reputable herbs that have to produce a therapeutic effect.

We also use the farm to showcase the affect that food can have on your health.
