Debbie Milsom
Debbie’s practice centers on providing support for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. She assists her clients in navigating peri-menopause, menopause, autoimmune conditions, and thyroid disorders.
Debbie initiated her career in 1985 at a research lab in St Mary’s Hospital, London, establishing a robust foundation in scientific and medical research. Her interest in health led her to study aromatherapy, adopting a holistic approach that incorporates alternative and complementary therapies. After starting a family and relocating to Australia, Debbie qualified as a naturopath.
In 2018, Debbie acquired a farm on the mid coast of NSW, pursuing her interest in sustainable living and permaculture. Subsequently, she completed a diploma in sustainability and went on to study permaculture, exploring the relationship between food production and its impact on health. This aligns with the growing awareness of the connection between diet, our gut, and overall health. Read more about Debbie at The Naturopathic Farmer
