Hummus is proof that some of the simplest recipes are the best tasting. Hummus and veggie sticks is such a great protein-rich snack, add it to wraps, dollop on salad bowls, serve with your buddha bowl. It’s got antiviral garlic and vitamin C rich lemon juice to support the immune system.

1 ½ cups (1 can) cooked chickpeas (rinsed and drained)

2 garlic clove fresh

2 tbsp olive oil

¼ cup tahini

2 lemons, juiced

2 tbsp water to thin

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Serve with an extra drizzle of olive oil, try a sprinkle of sumac and nigella seeds if you’re feeling fancy.
