Acai Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 30g oats
  • 1/2- 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 1 tsp slippery elm powder

Method

  1. In a jug, combine milk, vanilla extract, acai powder and slippery elm powder
  2. Mash the banana and add to your container/ jar
  3. Crush the raspberries and add to you container / jar
  4. Add the oats to your container/jar
  5. Add the blueberries to your container/jar
  6. Add your milk mix to your container/jar, stir to combine all ingredients
  7. Cover with lid/cover and refrigerate overnight to enjoy in the morning!

The Tip:

Forgot to make your overnight oats the night before? Add all your ingredients to a blender and enjoy it as a smoothie!
