In this 90 minute, highly experiential workshop Shirley will open your awareness to what your nervous system might be telling you and how to best respond to it through choosing the right movement and breath strategy to effectively respond. If you find you have problems sleeping, your emotions are unpredictable and you’re fed up of putting up with emotional discomfort you might leave this workshop with a more useful gameplan to develop the emotional resilience that is possible for everyone.
