Join Ondrej Bursik a founding partner from the College of Complementary Medicine for this insightful education into acupressure.

The use of acupuncture points for improving wellbeing, reducing pain, improving how the body functions have been used for well over 4000 years. In this information-packed, yet practical introduction course we explore more than 11 key acupuncture points that can be very useful for health and wellbeing.

Some of the points and combination of points that you will learn can be very beneficial for:

  • Stress reduction
  • Reducing pain
  • Improving our ability to digest and process food
  • Improve overthinking
  • Structural problems eg. back pain

Each participant will receive a manual with photos of each of the points so they can use these at home or clinic. We will also discuss different approaches to working with acupuncture points, including tenderness analysis, holding, pressure and use of tools like pallets and tie-shien.
