Improving Mental Health Naturally with Chinese Medicine

In the first part, Dr Birling will present the most recent evidence for the efficacy and safety of various interventions for mental health conditions. The benefit and risks of pharmaceutical medications, psychotherapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, and mind-body therapies will be presented briefly and thoroughly.
In the second part, Dr Birling will present the most common patterns and treatment approaches for mental health in Chinese medicine and integrate this knowledge with biomedicine and psychotherapy.
