Choc-Fennel Smoothie
Fennel is a lovely liquorice-tasting herb that has been shown to improve heart health, reduce inflammation, suppress appetite, and even provide anticancer effects. Here’s a quick and delicious way to get more fennel into your diet. I also added a scoop of Stackd Smoothie Co Super Charged All-Rounder Choc Mousse Blend to get more nutritional bang in my smoothie :)
P.s. If you’re struggling with healthy eating, especially if it’s showing up as emotional eating, I’m running a Root Cause of Emotional Eating Webclass on Mon 22 May 7pm for Natural Medicine Week. It’s free! And you can sign up here.
