Wild C Bliss Balls

Ingredients

Bl½ cup of golden flax seeds, milled

1 cup of pepitas

½ cup hemp seeds

½ cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup sesame seeds

½ cup toasted slivered almonds

2 cups of pitted Assel dates soaked in hot water (no need to soak if using pitted mejool dates)

½ cup dried cranberries (sweetened with apple juice)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla seeds

½ tsp celtic sea salt

¼ cup coconut oil

20 tsp Wild C Powder or other food based Vitamin C powder

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor
  2. Shape in to 54 balls about 2cm wide
  3. Refrigerate until set
  4. Enjoy! (Bliss balls can be frozen for up to 2 months)
