Cookie Dough Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder
- 3 cups almond meal
- 3 tbsp cacao nibs
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Peanut butter
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
Method
- Place all ingredients besides the cacao nibs into a food processor, blend until mixture resembles a sticky crumb\
- Mix through cacao nibs so they stay whole
- Use your hands to roll into roughly 1 ½ tbsp balls
