Vinyasa Yoga Flow for beginners

Vinyasa flow yoga for beginners is a 60 minute class that will include:
-commence with breathe practice and setting and intention for our class
-20 minute yoga flow
-20 minute of hatha yoga (holding stretch poses) and core exercise
-10 minute Shivanasa-relaxation and meditation
Roll out your yoga mat, create your space and bring a blanket for your shivasana
