The path to self-compassion

Join us in a guided meditation session, where we will be diving deeply into the practice of self-compassion. As practitioners, we are natural givers. That is our superpower. However, we also need nurturing to help us stay grounded, energised, and open to stay healthy and continue to provide the great work we love.

In this session, you will be guided through visualisations to take you deep into your heart, where compassion resides. We will be using the R.A.I.N. principle. R = recognise, A = accept, I = investigate and N = non-identification (and nurture!). We will also draw upon Buddhist practices, which focus on the cultivation of compassion.
