With over 30 years of experience in complementary medicine, Tracey Hogan is a respected leader and innovator in the industry. Her expertise spans senior management roles across product development, technical management, and education, making her a driving force behind successful product launches and business transformations.

Tracey has led concept-to-shelf development for numerous commercially successful products and ranges, including the strategic development of a full product line that positioned an Australian brand for a breakthrough entry into the Chinese market. Her ability to navigate complex cross-border commercialisation and spearhead large-scale change initiatives has made her a sought-after expert in the field.

Beyond her leadership in product development, Tracey has contributed extensively as a lecturer, columnist, strategist, and technical consultant. She has also owned and operated a retail store and multi-modality clinic, further enriching her hands-on understanding of the industry. Throughout her career, she has been entrusted with pioneering new roles and establishing departments from the ground up, including technical and product development divisions.

Currently serving as Technical Product Manager at Bioglan Medlab, Tracey continues to push the boundaries of innovation in natural health. Her specialties include product development, brand and marketing management, technical education, change management, project leadership, and therapeutic goods regulation.
