This 5-day challenge gives you the chance to do yoga every day for 5 days and become aware of the benefits to your body and mental clarity. Yoga builds inner and outer strength that benefits your immune and nervous system; your health overall. Anyone can do yoga. It is one of the premium preventative health practices you can have.
Yoga is about giving for the good of all as well so all proceeds from this 5-day challenge will go to a local charity; building community and health.
