We are recommended four cups of vegetables a day for good health, but have you ever wondered exactly how this benefits your health, and how food can be medicine?

In this talk we will cover the importance of organic vegetables and what they actually do for your health from your gut through to your brain, whilst highlighting some of the interesting properties of some seasonal vegetables.

We will bring some recipes and even produce a few healing vegetable juices for you to try.
