Online Event: Homeopathy for sleep disorders
Quality of sleep has profound effects on our health and wellbeing. And while a good night’s sleep should be as easy as falling off a log, it isn’t always that way for a lot of us.
In this online zoom event for Natural Medicine Week, Christina, one of the amazing Homeopath staff at Switch on Health – Natural Health Hub, will discuss sleep disorders such as insomnia, nightmares, and sleep-walking, and how Homeopathy can help. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
