Microbes for Mood

We are inherently meant to feel good, and yet many of us feel flat, demotivated, foggy headed and down much of the time, or we keep ourselves active or busy so we don’t need to feel these feelings.

Depression is the number one disability in the western world and is increasing.

This workshop will look at the microbes that live in the gut that contribute to these symptoms, and those microbes that help us feel naturally good,  and learn the 3 simple things you can start doing to help promote your ‘feel good’ microbes.

Come along to give your ‘feel good’ microbes a boost – they deserve it and so do you!!
