In this no-cost webinar, Alice of KinesiAlice will help you understand how kinesiology can help sleep, what is the root cause of sleep issues in Chinese Medicine, and how you can help yourself, starting today. Sleep, as we know, is a major issue in our society, and chronic sleep deprivation contributes to a variety of chronic health conditions.
Alice discovered kinesiology through her own son’s early challenges. She never knew about this therapy until someone suggested she take her son to one, and it worked! She went to a introductory weekend course and was hooked, and started studying the next week. 6 years later, she runs a successful practice in Western Sydney, and is also able to offer online kinesiology all over Australia.
