
Berry Baked Oats

Berry Baked Oats
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
2 tsp lemon zest
1 cup oats
30g almonds, roughly chopped
¼ tsp baking powder
2 tsp honey
1 cup preferred plant-based milk
2 tsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup preferred frozen berries
Greek yoghurt to serve (optional)
METHOD
Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a small baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is nicely golden. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt.
